Easy-to-find content.
It’s important that people visiting your site can easily find what they’re looking for. All my websites are designed with a simple navigation so that your content is presented in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to edit your online content, without the annoying come-back invoices.
Your website is built in Wix content management system (CMS). This allows you to edit content yourself using an easy-to-use visual editor. You will receive full training free of charge. Every website I build is designed to be edited easily by you.

Training.
I spend an hour or so training you on the basics and where to find editing tools in the Content Management System (CMS). You will not need to keep coming back to me for simple edits to ask how to edit this and edit that? However, I will be here as on-going back-up for the advanced things you need to do. This excludes ‘1-Pager’ package.

Ongoing support.
After your website is built, whenever you want to ask a question, or make a change, I’m only a phone call or email away.

Google Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) included as gratis.
OK, who else does that for you? Not even the big boys. I specialise in this are and add good solid basic SEO to all my websites I build while I am in there so your website will get found faster and convert more browsers into buyers ~ faster. Advanced SEO deployment is a separate project and I have a variety of additional plans here. 

Google Analytics setup included as gratis.
Google Analytics is integrated into every website I build as standard. This is a powerful tool that allows you all sorts of information about your website views, visitors, and more. Get insights on which content is working or not, and see how your website acquires new users.

Google Search Console setup included as gratis.
It’s extremely important your visitors are not being bounced around or turned away. Search Console lets me easily monitor and in some cases resolve server errors, site load issues, and security issues like hacking and malware. I also also use it to ensure any site maintenance or adjustments you make happen smoothly with respect to search performance.

Fast load times.
It’s important your visitors are not spending precious time waiting for your website to load. Google can penalise sites when they take a long time to load. All my website builds are optimised to load quickly and designed for the best User Experience (UX).

Important Notes

BEST Website Design Prices: All prices above are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST.

Subscription Plan: You only pay the subscription plan fee as shown above. There are no “add-ons”, everything is included as outlined above. The new website is all yours! You have total control and ownership once completed.

Outsourcing: If any services need to be outsourced, such as photography, or special WordPress website coding or development, then these will incur additional fees and can be added to the subscription.

The Subscription Fee does not include Domain Name purchases or email hosting or Google Business Profile set-ups for Maps or Search. However, these services can be added to the subscription. These are normally separate services that can be arranged for you on request (if required down the track).

Domain Names (URLs) normally around $35+gst per annum depending on where we buy it from and are the only annual On-Going Costs. I can look after those for you and remain your property.

E-Commerce website builds with Online Stores may incur additional fees from your chosen payment gateway or merchant bank services. E-Commerce website builds are also limited to me creating X10 online shop products for you to get you going. Loading additional online shop products can be added or billed/invoiced separately at my special hourly rate of $89 per hour while the website is built. Outside of the website build time my normal hourly rate applies as per the link to the T&C’s here.

Website Content: Is all your responsibility, legally and in terms of supplying me in a suitable and timely manner as outlined in the Scope Of Works (SOW) document I will produce for you once engaged. The SOW is essentially our contract.

What happens next? All the details will be outlined in depth in the Scope Of Works (SOW) document I will produce for you as a plan, with a timeline and pricing as a reference for you. A Deposit Invoice will be raised and once paid, we will commence and be in full one-on-one contact every step of the way until you are happy with the finished website in the time allocated in the SOW as a guide.

Common-Sense Conditions

Set and forget. No price hikes. Subscriptions are for a minimum 36-month term. At the end of the agreed term, the subscription continues at the same price for ongoing hosting, support, small design and development updates (fair use applies) for as long as you need it.

WordPress Websites must be hosted on AXDC.NZ servers and fair use applies on storage or traffic volumes. Website Hosting varies and is normally, for a 1-Pager or PWB around $40+gst per Month, or an eCommerce Website Hosting is around $50+gst per Month.

Wix Websites are self-hosted (all inclusive) so no expensive hosting plans to pay for (I am talking WordPress here). NB: Email is included in their service offerings and is additional.

Email: Sorry, I do not include email hosting or set up in any of these plans, but I can help. Just ask as I have a great colleague I use all the time for my clients to set their email systems up with their new Domain Name! And along the way, streamline their cyber-costs and Microsoft plans etc.

Out of the ordinary custom design, feature requests and integrations will incur additional charges. As does Advanced Website Design or Advanced SEO Deployment, usually an extra $1,000 each, and can be added to the subscription or commenced further down the track.

The First Payment is the Deposit and is due 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice to book your new website build project into the queue.

Subsequent Payments are due 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice following commencement of the web project. I set up a repeating invoice for the agreed project plan and you set up an Automatic Payment at your end – we both set and forget.

Exit Strategy. If you want to move to another service provider after the term expires, then that’s OK. Contact me to get all the files and log-in codes sorted for you.
