Common-Sense Conditions
Set and forget. No price hikes. Subscriptions are for a minimum 36-month term. At the end of the agreed term, the subscription continues at the same price for ongoing hosting, support, SEO, design and development updates for as long as you need it.
WordPress Websites must be hosted on AXDC.NZ servers and fair use applies on storage or traffic volumes. Wix Websites are self-hosted (all inclusive).
Out of the ordinary custom design, feature requests and integrations will incur additional charges. As does Advanced Website Design or Advanced SEO Deployment, usually an extra $1,000 each, and can be added to the subscription or commenced further down the track.
The First Payment is the Deposit and is due 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice to book your new website build project into the queue.
Subsequent Payments are due 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice following commencement of the web project. I set up a repeating invoice for the agreed project plan and you set up an Automatic Payment at your end – we both set and forget.
Exit Strategy. If you want to move to another service provider after the term expires, then that’s OK.
